Grace Through Pain is more than just a blog – it’s a personal space to share faith, healing and hope in the midst of chronic illness.

This journey was born from my experience with Rheumatoid Arthritis [RA] but more deeply, from the strength I’ve found through Jesus Christ.

If you’ve ever felt tired, discouraged or unseen in your struggle — I want you to know: you’re not alone.

This journey was born from my experience with Rheumatoid Arthritis [RA] but more deeply, from the strength I’ve found through Jesus Christ.
If you’ve ever felt tired, discouraged or unseen in your struggle — I want you to know: you’re not alone.

Living with RA, Led by Grace

My journey with Rheumatoid Arthritis began quietly, with subtle pain and silent questions. For years I managed it with medication and prayer, balancing work, motherhood, and faith. But it wasn’t until I truly turned to God’s Word — reading, praying, and declaring His promises — that I began to experience healing from the inside out.

Owning a picture framing gallery gave me joy, but it was my time with God each morning in that space that gave me strength. From Psalms 91 came the quiet whispers of protection and grace —steady reminders that God was with me and over time my life began to change.

Sharing Hope One Story at a Time

I created this blog to offer encouragement, practical advice, and spiritual support to others walking through chronic illness.

Whether it’s nutrition tips, Bible verses for difficult days, or simply a reminder that God sees your pain — I want this space to feel like a warm cup of tea and a gentle hand on your shoulder.

My Faith in Jesus

My hope is anchored in Jesus Christ — the One who meets us in our weakness and walks with us through every storm.
I believe His grace is sufficient, and that healing can happen in many ways: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and through community.

Let’s Walk This Journey Together

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or have walked this road for years, I invite you to explore the blog, share your thoughts, and find moments of strength in every struggle.

Grace always,

Gillian
