grace through pain – A christian blog about faith and rA
a space where faith meets fatigue and healing unfolds in quiet steps

My journey through Rheumatoid Arthritis [RA] began with whispered prayers and a search for strength to carry me through the day. In the gentle grace of Jesus Christ is where I found not only strength, but joy and peace.
Here you’ll find soft places to land when the days are heavy, words that speak to your soul when hope feels lost, and reminders that even in your most difficult seasons, God sees you. He loves you and He cares for you.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 [NIV]
Living with RA, Led by Grace
Rheumatoid Arthritis, from my experience, began quietly — with subtle pain and silent questions. For years I managed it with medication and casual prayer. Trying to balance work, my home and hold onto faith through it all, was a daily battle. But it wasn’t until I truly turned to God’s Word – reading, praying and declaring His promises – that I began to experience from within.
Sharing Hope One Story at a Time
This blog exists to offer encouragement, practical advice, and spiritual support to others walking through chronic illness. Whether it’s nutrition tips, Bible verses for difficult days or gentle encouragement – you’ll find comfort, strength and truth woven through every post.
Our hope is that each word reminds you:
you are not alone, and there is grace for every step of the journey.
My Faith in Jesus
My hope is anchored in Jesus Christ — the One who meets us in our weakness and walks with us through every storm. I believe that His grace is sufficient and that healing can happen – spiritually, emotionally, physically and through community.
